Return Policy
Return Policy, Exchange Policy, and Cancellation Policy:

When you purchase your items from you will receive an 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee – that is good for 30-days from the date you received your product(s).  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with you product, it may be returned or exchanged for a REFUND, less the shipping cost for that product and a 3% processing fee . (Shipping and handling charges are not refundable )

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of your returned item.  (We do not accept C.O.D. packages)  After receiving and inspecting your returned item, will submit your refund by charge credit, mail a refund check, or will issue a store credit (less shipping fees)


What is required to receive your refund or exchange?

You must e-mail us at or call our toll-free customer service line at 1-866-665-0105 to receive a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on where to send your unwanted item.  (DO NOT send your return without a RA#.) In order to receive a full refund, your return shipment package must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received your shipment. Please understand that we can only accept items for return or exchange that meet the following conditions.

1)     The toy(s) / item(s) was purchased from

2)     The toy(s) is returned in a new, unused and unopened condition with no signs of wear or use, and contains all of its original contents.

3)     Item(s) must have all the original tags attached and has not been assemmbled.

4)     All return(s) must be accompanied with the required return authorization number (RA#). 

5)     Returned within 30 days from the date of receiving your shipment.

6)     Any item(s) returned dirty or used will not be eligible for refund and will be sent back to you – at your expense. reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise if we do not receive the merchandise in its original condition.  If the returned item is rejected for refund, due to its condition, the item will be returned to you.  If the return shipment is rejected, we reserve the right to sell or dispose of the item from our inventory and withhold credit.  All costs related to the return must be paid by the customer. 

All returns & exchanges MUST include a valid RA# (Return Authorization) number issued by will refund 100% of the item(s) purchase price.  Shipping costs are not refundable.  For exchanges, please note you will be held responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as new charges to receive the desired product(s) unless the item(s) was damaged or defective.


The following rules also apply to all returns and exchanges:

1) Gift Certificates cannot be refunded.

 2) Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 3) We do not accept C.O.D. packages.

 4) Please wrap your package securely, and use the original packing material if possible.  For all missing parts, defects, damages, or incorrect items please contact us before returning the item.


Credit and Return Time:

All returns or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt. will send you an e-mail or will call you to advise you of your refund or exchange.  All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only.  Shipping costs are refundable only if a product arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective.Please note it may take 1 or 2 credit cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.


Missing Parts, Errors, Damaged, and Defective Items:

In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order, or a product is missing parts, damaged, or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at or call us at 1-866-665-0105.   Do not return the item.  We will do everything possible to correct the situation and make your shopping experience a positive one. In the event that your product arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken or defective parts or ship out a new product completely at no charge to you.   (Please note: we may have a replacement shipped direct from the manufacturer, so it is important that you contact us first before returning it.) You can contact us at or call us at 1-866-665-0105. 


Cancelling an Order:

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please email us at or call us at 1-866-665-0105 WITHIN FOUR HOURS of placing your order to avoid vendor order placement and shipment of your order.  A cancellation fee of 3% of the order amount will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover processing fees.  We will send you a confirmation that your order has been cancelled.  If you contact us after the four hour notification time, we will do all that we can to stop the item(s) from being shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.
